I started my career as a Buyer's Agent for Jim and Nancy Ward and have recently transitioned into a full-service agent.

I will not be working for the seller or builder and best of all, my services are free for you to use. All commissions are paid from the seller's profit or the builder's marketing fund. I have experience in working with Master Planned Communities such as Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks, Oakstead, and Westchase, and am skilled in working with various local builders. I will design a relocation package to fit all your needs, including military and corporate transfers. I am happy to help you through the home buying process, from start to finish.

If you have a home to sell before you buy I can also help you with that. I will create an agressive marketing plan to meet your selling needs. Your home will be listed on numerous websites, in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and will be found in search engines.
